What to expect and what to bring.

Expect a giant wall of foam! That’s right, a wall of FOAM! On race day get ready to run through a wall of foamy goodness and dodge LIQUID COLOR cannons. Wearing a white t-shirt is the best way to get your friends to believe that you rode a unicorn through a rainbow and fought off elves with a paintball gun. Ok, depending on who your friends are they may not believe you but they will believe you ran the ColorFoam5k and had a blast

What to bring to prepare for this glorious foamy mess!?   You may want to bring a bandana or a small hand towel to be able to wipe off your face on the run. No worries, our foam and color is eco friendly and hypoallergenic.

It is also a good idea to leave a towel and bag in your car for easy clean up before the ride home.

I was billed by Gut Check 5k, who is that?

Our parent company is called Gut Check 5k. We have more than just the ColorFoam 5k and all of our accounting is through our parent company.

Can my dog run with me?

As much as we love dogs and trust us we really do love those furry little guys,

we are not permitting  animals at the run.

How old do I have to be to run in the ColorFoam5k? All ages are welcome! Kids 7 and under run for free, no swag.

How do I register my child (7 and under)? Kids 7 and under race for free! In order for a child to run you must sign a waiver for them. This waiver can be signed at packet pickup or on race day at the registration table. This will qualify your child as registered and ready to run.

Are strollers welcome?Yes! The foam and color are safe but be aware the color has the possibility of staining the material of the stroller. We like to think of it as camouflage if your were in candy land.

Does my child have to be accompanied by an adult?   Yes, children must run accompanied by an adult.

Thing I should know when running with a child.

– Because Color Foam 5k is an intense amount of fun we want to give you some things to remember. Be aware of MR. SUN. Bring sunscreen for you and your child. You may want to bring something to cover your childs head and extra water. (we will have water along the run and at the finish line)

-The Foam/color is safe but it is a good thing to be prepared for the little guys. Bring goggles or sunglasses to protect kiddos eyes.

-Towels  and bandannas are great for wiping little hands down after they go through foam. this will protect the little guys from wiping foam on their face from so much excitement.

-Our giant foam walls look just like cotton candy and just like cotton candy too much can hurt a tummy. Although our bubbles are hypo allergenic and eco friendly remind your little ones not to eat the foam.
